A dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a deep love for both wellness and aesthetics, Cheri
blends clinical excellence with warmth, intuition, and a legacy of compassionate care.
Inspired by her grandmother’s love of swans and purple irises, she built this practice to
care for patients the way family should be cared for.

Swan Medical is a solo internal medicine practice serving adults 18 and older in
Middleboro and the surrounding areas. We are in-network with most insurances and plan to cap our
patient panel at 1,500 to ensure every patient receives the time and care they deserve.
