Founder of Swan Health & Beauty, PLLC

Hi, I’m Cheri Lynne Cerrato, Family Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, and Founder of Swan Health & Beauty, PLLC, home to Swan Medical and Leona’s Health and Beauty Med Spa. I created this practice to bring something different to our community—a place where modern medical care and personalized beauty treatments come together in one welcoming, compassionate space.

My path into healthcare began with a strong belief: people deserve to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. I earned my Associate of Science in Math and Liberal Arts from Massasoit Community College in 2007, completed my Registered Nursing Diploma at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital School of Nursing in 2009, and became a Family Nurse Practitioner after earning my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2016.

But my true inspiration came much earlier—from my beloved grandmother Leona, whose kindness, strength, and deep love for swans and irises left a lasting impression on me. I named this business in her honor, as a way to carry her legacy of grace, compassion, and care into everything I do.

At Swan Medical and Leona’s Med Spa, our mission is simple: to restore trust in healthcare and bring the focus back to you—your health, your confidence, and your experience. Whether you’re coming in for primary care or a beauty service, you’ll be treated with honesty, respect, and heart.

I’m proud to be supported by my loving husband and am a devoted mom to three amazing daughters and grandma to six beautiful grandchildren. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outside enjoying nature or spending time with my family. Caring for others isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion.
